1. What is included in the Wine&Dine gourmet holiday package?
It depends on what package you have selected. We have a wide selection of food and wines experiences. We state what is included and what is not in the proposal we normally send, so if you have any doubt, just get in touch with us! What is included in the gourmet holiday package?
2. What will I learn during the cooking lesson?
Depending on the cooking topic selected you will learn to prepare a starter, main course and dessert; or three different types of hand-made pasta each with the right sauce. Recipes vary according to the seasons and we use only fresh and quality ingredients, as local as possible. The atmosphere of the cooking class is informal, relaxed and friendly and the chef will share with you the passion of the Italian culinary traditions. Each cooking class is arranged for small groups of participants, and everyone has the possibility to try the recipes and cook. It is a real hands-on cooking lesson!
3. Do I need to be expert in cooking to attend the cooking lesson?
No! You just need to be passionate about food. So just enjoy the preparation and the stories behind the recipes and the ingredients.
4. I have some food allergy, can I attend any cookery class?

5. Is there any age limit to attend your gourmet holidays?
Not really! We have had cookery passionates from 10 up to 80 years old, and all enjoyed what they experienced with us! Indeed in case of a winery visit children will have their own drinks and special menù can be agreed in advance.
6. What are your payment terms?
We will send information to pay the 30% not refundable deposit by credit card or bank transfer. This is requested to secure the booking and organise the whole event/holiday. The final balance needs to be paid one week before in case of holiday packages and 3 days before the beginning of the booked service.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
The deposit for holiday packages is not refundable. Yet we can agree to transform it into a voucher or transferred to another participant. One week before the event/holiday starts, or in case of no-show, cancellation penalty is 100% of the total price.
In case of hotel or other accomodation reservation request, we require 30% of the total amount at the booking. In case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival date, a penalty of 15% of the total amount will be applied. In case of cancellation after 3 days before arrival or in case of no show-up, a penalty of 30% of the total amount will be applied.
The paid green fee cannot be refunded. We will refund only if the golf club will be closed because of any problem (rain, sudden works, etc.).
